Phil Dussol drives his passion for storytelling by pursuing a variety of creative talents including directing commercials, documentaries and music videos,
as well as still photography.
Phil began directing after a regarded cinematography career that was launched
when he shot the Paris Film Festival - nominated short film, “Easy Money”.
Soon after, he brought his striking visual style and impeccable
technique to an array of award-winning commercial and narrative projects.
Phil hit the ground running as a director with a pair of gold award-winning spots
for Mercedes.
He went on to create for some of the most recognized brands in the world,
earning him a name as a master storyteller who glimpses humanity with visual beauty and emotional restraint.
Phil is the master of conveying motion and speed which is ultimately what film
is about.
His work shows a great ability at directing car spots as well as fast, action films in difficult and demanding terrains.
But above all, Phil brings an elegant French sensibility and intelligence to his work, creating a stylish yet sleek but thrilling effect. It’s a "glamorous take on motion".
Phil traveled the globe creating visionary work for clients like
CHEVROLET, BMW, NIKE, MERCEDES, TOYOTA, PEPSI, MONTAIN DEW, FORD, DAHAITSU, CITROEN, PONTIAC, PEUGEOT, VODAFONE, ORLEN and many others.
